Elks Day at the Races

Make your reservations now for Elks Day At The Races. This event will be held at Oaklawn Park and Hot Springs Elks Lodge 380 on Saturday March 1, 2014. All Elks, Spouses and guest are invited to attend. The event hotel is the Clarion Resort on the Lake. Make your reservations by calling the Clarion Resort at 1-800-432-5145. The Elks discounted rate is $92.00 plus tax per night for a single or double bed.
Deadline for these rates is February 24, 2014. Please remember to tell them you are with Elks Day At The Races Group!
Race Track packages are $25.00 per person. This includes admission to the track, reserved seating and a banquet dinner after the races. To order your track package send a check or money order to Mike Muldoon.
Deadline for orders is February 24, 2014.
Please encourage members to attend from each lodge and meet Grand Exalted Ruler Hon. Millard C. Pickering and First Lady Susanne plus other Grand Lodge and State Officers and their Spouses.
Robert Kelsey from Fort Smith Lodge 341 will provide the entertainment for the dance after the banquet. Come out and celebrate your track winnings and kick up your heels.
